Dear Lord, I could learn to understand You better and grow in a deeper relationship with You, if only I could spend more time in prayer and reading Your word. I am very thankful for Your caring presence in my life, and all that You have done for me.

I welcome You into my life with open arms, and actually could not have made it through life without You.
You have definitely been a refuge through the storms, helping me through the difficulties I have experienced.
You can make a way in the wilderness and streams in the desert. For this, I am very grateful.

Dear Lord, I approach You today in prayer full of devotion and gratitude, that I may be humble and practice the divine virtue of humility, and that I may obey Your Law in everything. I want to live my life in service of You, and in a way that would bring praise and glory to Your Divine Majesty, and that Your will for my life takes priority. More than wealth and fame in the material world, I choose Christ, whether I be rich or poor, and to find my treasure in Your spiritual realm. I pray to grow in knowledge of Christ's way and to follow Christ's way. May Your truth and the teachings of Christ guide me everyday, as I become more committed to fulfill Your purpose.

Let us grow in devotion and awareness of God's incredible love for us. Let us share in the life of Jesus, and show love, mercy and compassion towards others. Let us follow His call to Love. Let us experience joy in the service of others. Above all, let us love God with all our heart, soul and mind.

I have gratitude for all that Christ has done for us.

God of infinite love and goodness, you created us with the purpose to have eternal union with You in heaven. With Your guidance help us to discern what needs to be changed in our lives, so we may reach the goal for which we have been created.

Let us pray to be more aware of those in the world that are in need, suffering from poverty and hunger; and those suffering from dislocation because of oppressive ruling governments or simply they had to leave their homes because their lives were in danger.

Let us pray to see the world as one humanity without borders. Make us worthy Lord to serve our fellowmen throughout the world who are in desperate need of safety, and those that live and die in poverty and hunger. Give them through our hands, this day their daily bread, and by our understanding give love, joy and peace.

Let us pray to be mindful of the virtues and put them in to practice.

Heavenly Father, I thank you for all the blessings I have received during this day. I ask for forgiveness for my sins, for it is through Your grace I can move forward. Help me to grow as a Christian and fill my life with Your holy presence. Protect my friends and family from adversity, and always keep us safe.

We pray in Jesus' name, who lives and reigns with You forever and ever. Amen
